Project: Fit Get!?

I have started my regimen and it feels pretty good.

Day 1
Jogging (around the entire island)
Push-up and balance (3 sets of 10)
Jackknives (3 sets of 20)
Yoga poses:
dog pose
triangle pose

Day 2
Jogging (around the entire island)
Jackknives (3 sets of 20)
Lunges (3 sets of 10 each leg)
Yoga poses:
hero pose
triangle pose

and I use some balance games in-between sets when I feel like my muscles need to breath a bit.

My starting BMI is about 19.01
My in-game timer usually runs to somewhere between 40-45 minutes, at which point the software likes to remind me to rest and drink some liquids, however, with the added stretching before and after, my real-life workout time is approximately 70-80 minutes.
