This week was a modest turnout. Alex was up to play some kart, but the fun factor was taken down a notch when he said that he was going on the shitter to play.But then it went up because he got pwned, LOL.
In any case, news of the day is Alex is using a DS flashcart now, called R4, and it seems to work pretty well, even for wifi games. We played some Jump Ultimate Stars and it worked, but was too laggy.
I've just started playing a boatload of Jump since PH told me that he has also been playing. It's a great game, tons of characters, customization, and pretty solid Smash Bros-type gameplay. Since it is only available for sale in Japan, it seems that the wifi servers are not as robust as for other games. More info will be posted if playing wifi for this game from out of Japan is too much of a headache.
